Increasing productivity is a major goal for many business people, as the more productive their workforce is, the more money they can bring into their businesses.
No matter how efficient and productive your team is, there are always ways that you can help to make it even more productive and efficient. But, you need to do things in a way that is going to show your team that you care about more than just the bottom line, and that you care about them as well.
So we observe this rule and now we have a productive team that work together and create the best outputs.
Scalability is a characteristic of a system, model or function that describes its capability to cope and perform under an increased or expanding workload. A system that scales well will be able to maintain or even increase its level of performance or efficiency when tested by larger operational demands. In financial markets, scalability refers to financial institutions' ability to handle increased demands; in the corporate environment, a scalable company is one that can maintain or improve profit margins while sales volume increases.
Skilled & experienced
All businesses need a range of skills to be able to survive and grow. As the owner of a small business it is likely that you will be called upon to perform several roles out of necessity. You will probably find that you are better at some roles than others.
If you want your business to grow it will reach a stage when these necessary skills need to be improved and extended. Getting the right mix of people to complement and reinforce your business is essential. Having an effective management team helps you to create a more efficient and capable business.
As a manager, you are only as good as the people on your team. Give yourself a better chance to succeed in picking the best people from the start.

He knows and understands the goals of the business and what the employees they supervise need to do to achieve that goal.
Flexibility and versatility are valuable qualities in our manager.
Adaptable & agile
A 2008 study conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit, entitled Growing Global Executive Talent, showed that the top three leadership qualities that will be important over the years ahead include: the ability to motivate staff ; the ability to work well across cultures ; and the ability to facilitate change. The least important were technical expertise and "bringing in the numbers".
Here are a few tips for developing adaptability:
1-When you catch yourself shooting an idea down, take a moment to consider what mental scripts are influencing your behavior. Mental scripts are so automatic that you have to decide intentionally that you want to challenge them, if you want to improve your leadership.
2-When we are in a position for a length of time, we may tend to become accustomed to the status quo and fail to challenge the process in order to continue to grow and improve. If you left tomorrow, what would your successor do to improve things? Consider making these changes yourself.
